I am currently an Applied Scientist at Amazon (within the Personal Robotics Group). My primary research focus is robotic grasping and dexterous manipulation. In particular, I am currently exploring novel sensor implementations for in-hand sensing. For more info about completed work and publications, see the Publications section.
I completed my Masters in Robotics, with a minor in AI, in 2024 at Oregon State University under the direction of Dr. Cindy Grimm. I also received my undergraduate degree, an Honors Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, from OSU.
I enjoy solving problems and working at a systems level (hardware + algorithms + software). Outside of research, my hobbies include biking, ultimate frisbee, and anything related to water (paddleboards, sailboats, etc.)!
